Eggs

 We have been thinking about the Easter break and what some people who celebrate Easter will be doing over the Easter weekend. Children were excited to guess how many chocolate eggs they might receive. Take a look at our egg paintings.










Red Nose Day

 We had fun, wearing red and taking part in Red Nose activities. We contributed to the charity by donating 50p or more each and enjoyed learning about why Red Nose Day takes place. This years theme was ‘superheroes’ which fits perfectly with our Literacy topic.

Literacy - The Noisy House

We have been learning the story of 'The Noisy House'. The children have enjoyed learning the story acting it out, miming it, stepping out the story and exploring animal noises. Take a look at their animal pictures and name labels.











Natural Art

I challenged the children learning at home to see if they could use natural objects to create a person. I asked them to go outside, keeping a safe distance from others and select items which they could use. One child even created their whole family. Take a look...
